I'm an electronics engineer who receives irritating subscription renewal calls regularly, if I forget to renew online, etc...., but this is particularly obnoxious. It doesn't act like an errant autodialer. It's more like a phone prankster, calling at least 5 times per day. If I were A bit more paranoid, I'd swear I hear breathing in the background.
Fortunately no after-hours calls yet.
The "Do Not Call List" is a joke.
