Did more research..On AllAreaCo***.com - the number is located in "Oldtown, ID-Frontier Comms NW Inc-WA LL". Google says Oldtown ,ID is located on the Pend Oreille river and just East of Newport, WA and on Hiway US 2 in Northern ID. The 2010 census lists the population of 182 !!!! Sure apears to be a SPOOFFED number !!!!

I received 4 calls from SQM US INC at 208-758-0626 this morning. They left no message. I decided to call the number and learned that they are a survey company who performs customer satisfaction surveys on behalf of several corporations who we the customer may have dealt with recently via the telephone, in my case, Cogeco. I listened to their message and at the end they provided the option to be taken off their phone list. By pressing "1", and supply the phone number I wished removed from their list, I was told that within 24 hours they would no longer be calling me. This was my experience. It may well be worth it to call them back and get your phone number removed from their list.
Ontario, Canada got the call no message marketing scam highly possible.

Called my cell phone on 7/2 & 7/3. Was a customer satisfaction survey for Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Same deal. This number called - did not leave a message. So far only called once.
